Friendship is im...Sounds like a fun weekend, John. Friendship is important for any difficult undertaking. <br /><br />And so is prayer. I've been meeting a young man off and on in the adoration chapel most nights for the past year or so. He always watches me read my Liturgy of the Hours prayers, but this past week he asked me where he could buy the set of books. He told me he was accepted into Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit next month, and said "I guess I should start acting like I belong there." <br /><br />I told him I'd gift him his first set, if he'd pray for me. He smiled and said he'd accept it, if I prayed for him. Sounds like a fair trade.
